System Access & Credentials
Complete once before implementation begins.
Security notice:Do not email credentials or paste them into a text message or chat. Use LastPass Send, a 1Password share link, or Bitwarden Send to share any passwords or API keys. If you don't have a password manager, we'll set one up in Session 1.
This form captures what we need to connect your systems and begin building. Fill in what you have — leave blank anything you're unsure about and we'll cover it next session. You own everything we connect to and can revoke access at any time.
What we will and won't do with your access
We will:
- Connect your tools only to systems we've discussed and you've approved.
- Document every integration so you know exactly what's connected.
- Notify you before making any change that affects your live operations.
- Return or destroy all credentials when the engagement ends.
We will not:
- Store passwords in plain text or in any shared system.
- Connect anything beyond what's in scope without your explicit approval.
- Access your accounts for any purpose other than agreed implementation work.
- Share your credentials or data with any third party.

For each tool, note whether you have admin access and who the account owner is.

When the engagement ends — or any time you want to disconnect — log into Composio, go to Integrations, and click Disconnect next to each tool. For any direct credentials shared, revoke them from that tool's admin settings. Need help? Email kolter@grossai.tech and we'll walk you through it same day.
