Privacy Policy

Gross AI is an AI consulting business operated by Kolter Atkinson, based in Utah. We help small businesses identify and eliminate repetitive manual work using AI tools and automation. You can reach us at kolter@grossai.tech.

We collect information in the following ways:

• AI Opportunity Checker. When you complete the free checker on our homepage, we collect your name, email address, and your answers to the checker questions (such as your industry, the tasks that eat your time, and rough hours per week). This is used to personalize the result and any follow-up emails we send.
• Audit booking. When you book an AI audit, we collect your name and email address to send a confirmation, calendar invite, and reminder. We use Resend to deliver these transactional emails.
• Contact form. If you reach out via the contact form, we collect your name, email, optional company and subject, and your message.
• Brain Portal. If you become a client and are given access to the Gross AI Brain Portal, we collect the login credentials you use to access your account (managed via Supabase) and any documents or data you upload to the portal.

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics platform.

• Checker results are used to generate your personalized result and to send a short follow-up email sequence (described below).
• Booking information is used to confirm your call, send a calendar invite, and send a reminder before the call. It is not used for any other marketing purpose.
• Contact form submissions are used only to reply to your message.
• Portal data is used solely to provide your Brain Portal service and is never shared with third parties.

If you complete the AI Opportunity Checker and provide your email, you may receive a short follow-up email sequence from Kolter at Gross AI. These emails are relevant to your checker result and contain a clear unsubscribe link at the bottom of every message.

Clicking the unsubscribe link in any email immediately removes you from all marketing emails. You will still receive transactional emails (booking confirmations, call reminders) if you have a scheduled appointment.

We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. Every marketing email includes:

• Our business name and a valid contact email address
• A clear and working unsubscribe mechanism
• Honest subject lines that reflect the content of the email

We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party for their marketing purposes.

We use a small number of third-party services to operate the site. Each handles data according to its own privacy policy.

• Supabase — database and authentication. Stores your email, name, checker results, and booking records. supabase.com/privacy
• Resend — email delivery. Sends confirmation emails, reminders, and marketing follow-ups. resend.com/legal/privacy-policy
• OpenAI — used to generate personalized lines in follow-up emails based on your checker answers. No personal identifiers beyond your checker answers are sent. openai.com/policies/privacy-policy
• Vercel — website hosting. vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy

Checker results and lead records are retained for as long as necessary to manage the business relationship. If you unsubscribe from marketing emails, your record is kept (with the unsubscribe flag set) so we do not accidentally re-add you. If you would like your information deleted entirely, email kolter@grossai.tech and we will remove it within 30 days.

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data
• Opt out of marketing emails at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email kolter@grossai.tech. We will respond within 30 days.

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
