Anti-Spam and Unsolicited Message Policy

Last updated: August 14, 2026

Our commitment

Gross AI does not send indiscriminate bulk email, and does not permit any affiliate, partner, contractor, or third party to promote our websites or services through unsolicited bulk messaging.

What we send

Our outreach goes to named individuals at businesses we have specifically identified as relevant to our services, based on publicly available business information. Recipients are reviewed before any message is sent. We do not send to consumer addresses, harvested addresses, or addresses obtained in violation of any site's terms of service.

Links and domains

Our sending domains are used for correspondence only. We do not advertise or promote sending domains as destination URLs in any message.

Opt-out

Every recipient may request removal at any time by replying to any message, using the unsubscribe mechanism where one is included, or writing to kolter@grossai.tech. Removal requests are honored immediately and permanently, without requiring a reason. Suppressed addresses are retained on our do-not-contact list so they are never re-added.

Third parties

Gross AI operates no affiliate program. No third party is authorized to send messages on our behalf or to promote our domains, services, or websites. Any message claiming to represent Gross AI from a source other than our own mailboxes is unauthorized, and we ask that it be reported to kolter@grossai.tech.

Compliance

We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and applicable regulations governing commercial electronic messages. Every commercial message we send identifies our business, uses an honest subject line, and includes a working way to opt out.

Reporting

To report a message you believe violates this policy, forward it with full headers to kolter@grossai.tech. We investigate every report.
