Our IT provider handles our technology.
They keep your systems secure, and we work with them. Deciding which workflows AI should handle, writing the policy, and training your team isn't their job. It's ours.
We're not ready for AI.
The first ten days are how you find out what you're ready for. We inventory what's in use, learn how your business runs, and pick a first project small enough to prove itself. Nothing gets built until you approve it.
What about our client data?
Guardrails come early. Your AI policy lands within the first 25 days and covers which tools are allowed, what data they can touch, and who reviews new ones. Business-grade tools that don't train on your data are the default, and your attorney is welcome to review the policy.
Is this outsourcing our AI?
No. We work inside your business, with your people, in your systems. Every account is in your name, every build is documented, and your team can run what we build.
What does it cost?

Are we locked in?
No. Every option has a price and a finish line. Everything we set up is yours from day one, and if you stop working with us, you keep all of it and it keeps running.
What if a project runs late?
If all five Bonfire projects are not live by day 90, we keep working at no cost until they are. Delays on your side move the deadline by the same number of days.
What happens after the 90 days?
Your builds stay covered by maintenance for three more months. After that, you can keep them supported, take on the next projects from your roadmap, or wind down. Everything keeps running either way.
What if we only want the findings?
Start with the AI Opportunity Audit. Thirty days, $2,999, and you get the full picture: what's in use, where the opportunities are, and a ranked list with projected returns. If you start a Bonfire afterward, the full fee comes off the price.
Do you get paid by the tools you recommend?
No. No referral fees, no affiliate deals, no software sales.
