The 90 days

We learn your business while we fix it.

Most consultants either study you for months or start building on day one. We do both in the right order: the first fix starts early, the bigger plan waits until we understand how your business runs.

1. 1

   Days 1 to 10: Where you are. We meet with you and your leadership, capture what you want the business to do next, and inventory every system and AI tool in use, sanctioned or not, along with what data each one can reach. We record baseline numbers on the work most likely to change, so every result has something to be measured against. We pick your first project.

2. 2

   Days 10 to 30: How the work really happens. We work with the people who do the work, stage by stage, from how you win customers to how you get paid and keep them. Every place where work waits, gets retyped, or depends on one person gets logged. Your AI policy lands by day 25, so your team knows which tools are approved and what data stays out of them. Building on your first project begins.

   Days 30 to 45: What it means. Every constraint gets scored on impact, effort, and risk, and valued from your own numbers. We write your AI strategy from your goals and what we found: what AI is for in your business, what it is not for, and what comes first. We walk you through all of it.

4. 4

   Days 45 to 60: The plan. We turn the strategy into a twelve-month roadmap, ranked by what each project should return. You approve it. The plan is yours, and you decide what gets built and who builds it. Your AI policy expands to cover which projects get approved and how.

5. 5

   Days 60 to 90: Build. Each project goes live when it is built, tested, and ready, and all five are live by day 90. We would rather ship a project a week later and have it work than rush it into a tool nobody uses. Every project comes with training for the people who use it and a champion on your team who owns it. A final scorecard shows each project against the baseline, and we hand everything over.

A smaller business moves faster through the early stages. A business with many systems takes the full time. The day-90 deadline holds either way.

Five projects live by day 90. If any are not, we keep working at no cost until every one is running, documented, and your team has been trained on it.

Our side is the work. Your side is access to your systems within five business days, a point person who can make decisions, and time from your team for training. If something on your side holds us up, the deadline moves by the same number of days.

One price, set before we start.

The Busywork Bonfire is $25,000, paid in two parts: $12,500 to start and $12,500 at day 45. Here is everything it includes and what each piece is worth on its own.
