How it works
Free audit first. Then projects, priced off what it finds.
No monthly plans, no retainers, no menu of tiers. We find what is costing your business the most, put a fixed price on removing it, and you see every number in writing before anything starts.
Three steps, in order.
- 1
The free Constraint Report
A few quick questions. Your biggest bottlenecks come back named, with rough numbers on what each one costs.
- 2
The free Operations Audit
30 minutes where we verify those numbers against your real operation and document every constraint: hours and dollars, written down. Yours to keep either way.
- 3
Remove what is worth removing
The audit tells us what each constraint is worth. We come back with a scope and a fixed price, biggest bottleneck first. One project at a time, no monthly commitment.
How a project gets priced
We price off your constraints, not off a menu. Every business is held back by different things, and a shop with one broken handoff and a shop with six should not get the same invoice.
In the audit we document every constraint we find: what it is, whose hours it eats, and what those hours cost. Your scope and your price come out of that list. Both are in writing before any work starts, and the price does not move once we begin. If the scope changes later, we quote it and you approve it before we build it.
You will never see our price for the first time on an invoice.
No retainers
We do not sell monthly plans, minimums, or access. You buy a project, we build it, you own it.
Some builds do need upkeep. Anything that talks to software you do not control needs somebody watching when that software changes underneath it. When a build needs that, we tell you what it costs at the same time we quote the build, never after. You can stop it whenever you want and the build is still yours and still running.
You own all of it from day one
Every account, tool, and line of code runs in your name. You can revoke our access with one click and everything keeps working. Nothing to unwind, nothing of ours to be stuck on.
Start with the free audit.
Thirty minutes. Every bottleneck documented, with the hours and dollars attached. The findings are yours to keep whether or not we ever work together.
