The Reset guarantee
60-Day Operations Reset onlyThe written 3x Guarantee, on the 60-Day Operations Reset: deployed fixes covering $60,000 of leaks we valued together and signed before payment. If it misses, we keep working free for up to 60 more days until it is met.
Here is how that works. Your free audit prices every leak in your operation using your numbers: your call logs, your wages, your close rate. We cut every assumption down until the total is one you would defend yourself. If the leaks we'd fix don't add up to at least $60,000 a year, three times the fee, we'll tell you not to hire us.
If the math clears, we both sign that leak list. The signed list is the guarantee. Every fix we build logs its own work on a live scoreboard, so the proof comes from the builds, not from us.
By day 60, the fixes running in your business cover at least $60,000 of that signed list, or we keep building free for up to 60 more days until they do. Measured against numbers we wrote down before you paid a dollar. Not ones we invent afterward.

Yes. We document and price your leaks, you keep the findings, and there is no invoice. It is how every engagement starts and it is useful even if nothing else happens.
Which level is right for me?+–
The audit tells you. A long leak list points at the Reset. A shorter list points at Growth. The review at the end of a Reset is where most clients decide between keeping the Chief AI Officer seat and stepping to Growth.
What happens when the Reset ends?+–
A review. The Leak Map shows what is left, you see what 60 days at full capacity felt like, and you choose: keep the Chief AI Officer seat, step to Growth, or wind down with everything already in your name.
Am I locked in?+–
Ownership is your protection. Everything runs in your name from day one, so you can walk away whole at any point. Growth is month to month with 15 days notice. The Chief AI Officer seat runs in fixed terms with a quarterly review, because that role needs runway to do its job.
What if it doesn't work?+–
Then we keep working at no charge, up to 60 more days. Here's what "it works" means, agreed in writing before you pay: your free audit prices your leaks using your numbers, we both sign that list, and by day 60 the fixes live in your business have to cover at least $60,000 of it. Every build logs its own work, so the scoreboard settles it, not opinions. We can offer this because we don't take projects where the math doesn't clearly work before we start.

The Reset is a 60-day engagement, and at the end we sit down and you choose what happens next: keep the same level, step down to Growth, or wind down. Growth is month to month from there: cancel any month with 15 days notice, no fees. If you keep the Fractional Chief AI Officer seat, it runs as a fixed engagement of 3, 6, or 12 months, because owning your operations takes runway to do right, and every quarter there's a review that's your off-ramp if the scoreboard doesn't justify going on. Either way, every account and build is in your name from day one, so nothing stops working when we part. You're never held hostage, even mid-term.
