Pricing questions
Why not a monthly retainer?
You should pay for results you can see, not for time on a calendar. Every option on this page has a price, a scope, and a finish line.
What counts as a project?
One workflow, fixed and running. It usually touches one or two systems. If something is bigger, we quote it separately or put it on your roadmap.
What if a Bonfire project runs late?
If all five are not live by day 90, we keep working at no cost until they are. Delays on your side move the deadline by the same number of days.
What happens after the Bonfire?
Your builds stay covered by maintenance for three more months. After that, you can keep them supported, take on the next projects on your roadmap, or wind down. Everything keeps running either way.
Do we own what you build?
Yes. Every account, tool, document, and build is set up in your company's name from day one. If you stop working with us, you keep all of it.
Do you sell software or take referral fees?
No. No software sales, no referral fees, no affiliate deals. We recommend what fits your business.
What is not included?
Software licenses and usage costs, which you pay directly in your own name. Legal advice: your AI policy is written for your counsel to review. Businesses with several separate companies are quoted separately.
Can we start with one project and do the Bonfire later?
Yes. Many owners start with the audit or a single project. The audit fee comes off the Bonfire if you move forward.
