Lead generation

A lead queue that fills itself.

New business dies in the gap between finding a prospect and actually following up. For a growing small business, the lead engine now holds that whole gap: prospects land in one working queue, and follow-up happens on schedule instead of when someone remembers.

The bottleneck

Follow-up depended on someone remembering.

Finding prospects, recording them, and following up were separate manual chores, so leads lived in whoever's head found them. A busy week meant follow-up slipped, and a slipped follow-up is usually a dead lead: the prospect who was interested on Tuesday has solved the problem some other way by the Tuesday after next.

The cruel part of this bottleneck is that it punishes success. The weeks with the most work to deliver are exactly the weeks prospecting stops, which builds the next slow period out of the current busy one.

Nothing tracked how many leads existed or how long each had waited, so nobody could say what the pipeline was actually worth.

How we did it

  1. 1

One queue. Every prospect lands in a single working queue with contact details and history attached, no matter where it came from. Nothing lives in a notebook, an inbox, or a memory anymore.

  2. 2

Scheduled follow-up. Each lead carries its next action and date. Outreach goes out on schedule, written for the lead it goes to, and a reply routes straight to a person: the system runs the cadence, a human runs the conversation.

  3. 3

Count everything. The queue shows exactly how many leads exist, where each one stands, and how long it has been waiting, so the pipeline is a number instead of a feeling and a stalled lead is visible instead of forgotten.

Where it stands

Delivered, live, and counting.

The lead engine is live with 181 leads in the working queue as of September 2026, each one tracked from first contact onward. Follow-up stopped depending on memory, and prospecting no longer stops when the work gets busy.

The system runs in the company's own accounts, owned outright like all of our work.

The queue count is read directly from the live system as of September 2026. Revenue outcomes depend on the client's own sales conversations; the system automates the pipeline around them.
